ORCA Report- August '17 Data

For the month of August, Occupancy % was -0.6%, Average Rate Per Round was -1.6%, bringing Revenue Per Available Round in at $9.30, or -1.1% compared to 2016.

Year to date through August, the Phoenix Market, with approximately 65 participating golf courses shows Revenue Per Available Round up minimally +0.4%.  However that relatively flat RevPAR was a combination of a decrease (-2.7%) in Occupancy %, combined with an increase (+3.5%) in Average Rate.
